Pearl City’s shaping up at the Leeward Community Fit Club (11/15/10)

Pearl City High School alumnus, Justin Yoshida ’99 leads the Leeward Community Fit Club at the Momilani Community Center every Monday at 7:00pm.

Fit Club goals:

– Get people exercising and eating better
– Meet others with the same goal of being healthy
– Give people a taste of excellent ADA endorse programs such as Insanity, Turbo Fire, P90X, and Shakeology
– Bring the community closer together
– Have lots of fun!

Fit Club Fee: $1 per class (Monday)
