Pearl City Lady Chargers defeated the Leilehua Lady Mules 8-6 in OIA Red Western Division Varsity Softball on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Pearl City High School. Pearl City’s Maya Nagata hit a game winning 3 run homerun in the bottom of the 6th inning to put the Chargers up 8-6. Sella Rodriguez earned the win for the Chargers going the distance and allowing 10 hits. Meagan Tupinio took the loss for the Lady Mules.
