The Pearl City Chargers took care of business in Oahu Interscholastic Association Junior Varsity Baseball to remain perfect with a lopsided 12-2 victory over the visiting Waipahu Marauders on Saturday at Pearl City High School.
Talon Pa’ahao earned the win for the Chargers.
Waipahu took an early 1-0 lead after a half inning of play, but Pearl City responded with a couple runs in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back the rest of the ball game.
Next up:
Pearl City will host Mililani in a top OIA Western Division match-up on Thursday, January 2 with first pitch scheduled for 3:00pm.
