The Pearl City Chargers defeated the Leilehua Mules 3-1 (25-18, 25-23, 26-27, 25-23) to open the Oahu Interscholastic Association Girls Varsity Volleyball regular season on Thursday, September 5 at Pearl City High School. Charger fans and supporters, along with Charger teammates representing the White and Junior Varsity teams cheered on the Varsity to victory in an exciting four set match against a tough Leilehua Mules team.
Congratulations to both the Charger White and Junior Varsity teams who also won their matches as the Chargers swept the visiting Leilehua Mules Thursday night.
The Charger volleyball returns to action, on the road at Aiea High School to take on the Na Ali’i on Tuesday, September10 with first serve scheduled for 5, 6, and 7pm.
