The Campbell Sabers rallied back from an early 4-0 deficit on Wednesday to defeat the Pearl City Chargers 6-4 in a tough Oahu Interscholastic Association Western Division I Junior Varsity Baseball match-up played at Campbell High School.
Pearl City’s Cohen Adaro got the start for the Chargers.
The Chargers have two more games to play in the 2023-2024 OIA Western Division I regular season as they travel to Mililani High School to take on the Trojans on Saturday, January 13, followed by a road game to finish the regular season at Aiea High School against the Na Ali’i on Wednesday, January 17. Pearl City suffered a 7-0 loss to Mililani and defeated Aiea 16-6 earlier in the regular season. Both games were played at Pearl City High School.
The 2023-2024 OIA Junior Varsity Baseball Semifinals are scheduled for Friday, January 19 (TBA). OIA Championship is scheduled for Saturday, January 20 (TBA).
