Mahalo to Honolulu City Councilmember (District VIII) Val Okimoto for honoring the Pearl City Shopping Center (PCSC) Merchants Association with a Recognition Certificate for their support and commitment to the Pearl City community.
Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association Board Members Irwin Santos and myself, Barry Villamil were presented with the Honorary Recognition Certificate Wednesday morning at Kapolei Hale by Councilmember Okimoto in front of the full Honolulu City Council.
The PCSC Merchants Association led by Pearl City Shopping Center owner Duane Kurisu, truly appreciates being honored by Councilmember Okimoto, her wonderful staff, and the Honolulu City Council.
The Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association annually supports the Pearl City community with financial assistance from the loyal patronage to the outstanding products and services provided by PCSC merchants that directly benefits Pearl City schools, community organizations, youth sports teams, and educational scholarships.
Giving back to the Pearl City community, their ohana, and visitors to our community, is the heart and soul of the PCSC Merchants Association that bonds us all while improving our lives in a safe, thriving, and sustainable environment that celebrates and recognizes the diverse cultures that perpetuate our future as a successful and caring community.
Our amazing PCSC Merchants Association Team is hard at work planning community events at the PCSC and in the community for 2023-2024.
