Turntable vinyl brings back the sounds of great music, great memories

I received the coolest Christmas present, a flashback to a simpler time. The last time I had my very own turntable was back in 1980. That was a long time ago. I made a trip to my storage on Monday and found a dusty old box of classic LP's: C&K, Kalapana, Peter Moon, Rod Stewart, Santana, Boz Scaggs, America, Carol King, James Taylor, Steely Dan, Led Zepplin, Aerosmith, Chicago, Earth, Wind, & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Hall & Oats, etc.

As soon as the needle hit the vinyl, I could here the crackling sound through the tiny speakers. Man, that was music to my ears. Remember when the dust ball would form on the needle? It would take some time and effort to finally clean it off. Yah, those were the good old days growing up.

Great times and amazing memories. Tonight's LP selection: Cecilio & Kapono (Elua, 1975)

Have an awesome day!
