Chargers fall to 2-4 after 17-6 loss to Falcons

Pearl City fell to 2-4 (2-5 overall) in OIA Division 2 standings after losing to Kalani (3-3, 4-3) last night 17-6 at Kaiser High School.

Kalani Falcon QB Logan Lim threw for 126 yards completing 8/23 with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

Pearl City back up QB Rastin Tabosa threw for 108 yards completing 12/25 with an interception.

Pearl City's Joshua Gleason hauled in 7 passes for 79 yards.

Thiessen Wright and Skylar Kihewa picked off one INT apeice for the Chargers defense.

The Chargers scored their only touchdown of the ball game on a four yard touchdown pass from Isaiah Cruz-Amerperosa to Kody Kikuyama with 8:44 on the clock in the second quarter.

The Falcons outgained the Chargers in net offense 200-65.

The Chargers will host Kaimuki on Homecoming Night on Friday, September 27. Kaimuki (4-1) handed the Roosevelt Rough Riders (4-1) their first loss of the season on Friday 28-26 at Farrington High School's Edward Skippa Diaz Stadium.
