This Thanksgiving Day is one that I truly appreciate my blessings with having an amazing family and friends that mean the world to me. I am grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with many of them to reach out and help those in our community who are less fortunate than many of us, especially at this time of the year
In the last couple of weeks, I have been in the company of many souls who may go without this Holiday season beginning with a Thanksgiving meal. My heart goes out to them. My mission before I leave this earth one day is to bring hope to those in need by guiding them in the direction of the many heartfelt resources that will help and embrace their needs.
I would like to share the Thanksgiving prayer below that I wrote on this day:
A Thanksgiving Prayer
With compassion, I will reach many Hearts.
I will try my best to do my part.
From ones Heart, Love lives within.
Through Love, Healing will begin.
A helping hand, a warm embrace,
uplifting spirits towards a better place.
I pray the needy may be nourished in body, spirit, and mind.
That Peace and Happiness is what they will find.
