Congratulations to Pearl City who defeated Waipio 16-5 to capture the Hawaii Little League Intermediate 50/70 District 7 Championship on Tuesday at Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipio.

Steven Kanakuri got the start and earned the championship win for Pearl City. Nainoa Jarvis got the start for Waipio.
Pearl City and Waipio split a doubleheader in the two-team championship tournament on Sunday, June 18 to force Tuesday’s winner-take-all championship game.
