Aloha, Everyone,
The Go for Broke movie is being dedicated to the late Congressman Mark Takai.
Help is needed for the filming at Iolani Palace on Sunday, 16 April. This event has exceeded Team Takai's volunteer capacity and available resources. The following are critically needed:
1. Four more parking and security attendants for 7:30-11:30 AM shift and 12:00-5:00 PM shift
2. Ten more 6 ft folding tables
3. Five more 3-5 gal jugs
4. Four more trucks and/or vans at 5:00 PM to help with returning of tables, chairs, buckets, etc
5. Twenty more 5 gal water buckets to be used to tie down 20 canopies
6. Ten more 10 x 10 pop up canopies
7. Ten to help with registration for 7:30-11:30 AM shift and 12:00-5:00 PM shift

We also need at least 100 volunteer extras for the filming at Iolani Palace and King St. on Sunday, 16 April. If interested, please go to goforbrokemovie.com and register. There are two call times at 9:30 AM for Iolani Palace scenes and 1:00 PM for King St. parade scenes. Please bring flasks for refilling drinking water, sporting event folding chairs and small American flags to wave for the King St. parade scenes.
