Honolulu City Councilmember Brandon Elefante presented Pearl City High School Director of Bands Chadwick Kamei with an Honorary Certificate in recognition for his 2015 induction into the Bandworld Legion of Honor. The Honorary Certificate ceremony took place in front of the full city council on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Honolulu Hale.
