Pearl City Lady Chargers Head Coach Kory Toyozaki has her girls varsity volleyball team clicking early in the season after Wednesday night's 2-1 road win over Radford. The Lady Chargers improved their record to 2-0 with the win.
After dropping the opening set 23-25, the Lady Chargers fought back to win the second set 25-19. The Lady Chargers totally dominated set three 15-9 to win match. The Lady Chargers and Lady Rams were all tied up at 2-2 in the third set before Pearl City went on a 10-0 run behind the serve of #2 Kacie Chinen.
The Lady Chargers return home to face Waipahu on Saturday, September 1. First serve is set for 10:00am.
