Temperatures fell considerably on Friday at Pearl City Elementary School just in time for the annual Winter Wonderland celebration. Students could be seen climbing and sliding down a mountain of snow that filled the school's parking lot.
The Winter Wonderland theme transformed the school's main courtyard into a festive, fun holiday experience with food booths, craft booths and game booths.
There was also a school Talent Show that showcased the student's exceptional performing abilities and school spirit as well as a Can Food Drive to benefit the needy.
Pearl City Elementary School staff, students, family and community supporters had a great time and appreciated the opportunity to slow down a bit during this busy holiday season and enjoy a fun evening at the school campus.
Mahalo to Principal Dr. Susan Hirokane and her staff for the invitation to participate in this year's Winter Wonderland experience.
