The Rotary Club of Pearlridge (RCOP) was truly honored on Friday, August 23, 2024 to induct its newest member Tim Mehlhorn at the club’s lunch meeting held at the Pearl City Shopping Center conference room. Terri Mehlhorn joined husband Tim during the induction ceremony. Both Tim and Terri have served the community, side by side, for many years as dedicated volunteers in support of the RCOP and its educational and sustainable environmental efforts.

Mahalo to Hawaii Rotary District 5000 Assistant Governor Paul Nakachi who was also in attendance to welcome Rotarian Tim Mehlhorn to the RCOP, Hawaii District 5000, and Rotary International’s global network of fellow Rotarians. AG Nakachi has a very busy schedule fulfilling his responsibilities as the 2024-2025 Oahu Central AG, but found the time to be there on Friday. The RCOP is extremely grateful for his presence and never ending support and friendship as we took the first step in reaching our 2024-2025 membership goal of increasing our club roster by three new members.

Following Tim’s induction ceremony, RCOP Membership Chairs Skip and Itsuko Suzuki held a new member Rotary Club Orientation meeting with Rotarian Tim. Rotarians Skip and Itsuko are longtime RCOP board members and truly deliver the Rotarian spirit of “Service Above Self” with Aloha with each new member orientation that welcomes and instantly bonds them with fellow RCOP club members.

Congratulations Rotarian Tim! Welcome to the Rotary Club of Pearlridge and Hawaii Rotary District 5000!
