Culinary students from Pearl City High School’s Culinary Arts and Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism Program treated CASHL – Culinary Arts, Health Sciences, and Leadership school advisors/staff, and community/business supporters to a wonderful, first class presentation of ono Thai cuisine during “A Night to Thai For” held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 2100 on the Hill.
A Night to Thai For highlighted the end of a very successful school year as CAHSL held their final quarterly Advisory Board Meeting of 2023-2024 and began preparing for an exciting 2024-2025 that will build upon this year’s success and vision to elevate and expand CAHSL support and future growth.
Mahalo to CAHSL Academy Principal Michael Sana for his leadership and inspiration for all CAHSL Academy team members, students, and community partners to thrive upon while collectively working and bonding together this school year. It was an incredible year that truly benefited the hardworking, and talented CAHSL Academy students who excelled at every opportunity provided them in each of the three Academy areas of study.
A very special mahalo to Culinary Arts Academy teacher Kelsey Takara for his Executive Chef experience and talents while teaching and guiding the incredible student Culinary chefs and servers as they created world class style Thai cuisine along with first class table side service and dining experience for all.
