The W2 Pearl City Chargers dropped their OIA DI Girls Soccer Championship Playoffs semifinal match to the E1 Moanalua Na Menehune last night 4-2 at Kaiser High School.
The Chargers took a 2-1 lead at the half, before the Na Menehune came back and dominated the second half scoring three unanswered goals.
Moanalua moves on to take on W1 Mililani in Saturday’s OIA championship title game. Mililani defeated W3 Campbell 3-2 last night in the first semifinal match-up played at Kaiser High School.
Pearl City will play Campbell today for 3rd place at Roosevelt High School with kick off scheduled for 7:00pm. Pearl City and Campbell both qualified for a berth in the HHSAA State Division I Soccer Championships.
