The Pearl City Chargers volleyball ohana packed the Pearl City High School gymnasium Wednesday night to cheer on their beloved Chargers to victory and to later send the senior class of 2022 off the with love and appreciation for their winning spirit and Charger Pride on and off the court.
The Chargers returned the positive energy with a sweep of the visiting Waianae Seariders 25-8, 25-12, 25-14. The Chargers finished the regular season at 8-2. Waianae finished the regular season last night winless at 0-10.
Pearl City’s Fati Seei-Tofi led the Chargers with 14 kills, and 9 digs. Tiandrew Taimanao 7 kills, 1 assist, 3 digs; Keahi Kaneakua 6 kills, 3 assists, 6 digs; Sebastian Buell-Galo 4 kills, 1 dig; Sile Sataraka 4 kils; Christian Ronquilio 1 kill, 2 ace, 28 assists, 5 digs; James Leapaga 1 dig; Keith Patacsil 6 digs; Tylus Williams 2 ace, 21 digs.
