I had the honor this afternoon to represent the Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association at Kanoelani Elementary School’s “PRAISE FOR PARTNERS” recognition and appreciation picture day.
The Pearl City Shopping Center, along with other businesses and community organizations that have supported and continue to support the school during the COVID-19 pandemic were celebrated and honored individually throughout the afternoon.
All 2020 school partners had their picture taken with Principal Stacie Kunihisa as she presented us with recognition and appreciation plaques that will be affixed to the schools PRAISE FOR PARTNERS wall. The plaque presentations will also be featured in the school monthly newsletter that reaches over 1000 homes, as well as on school social media accounts.
As a Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association Board Member, I would like to express mine, and my fellow board members gratitude for the opportunity to share the Pearl City Shopping Center’s success that comes from our community through their loyal patronage and support of Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants products and services.
Pearl City Shopping Center owner Duane Kurisu is a strong supporter of our Pearl City District Complex Schools through his generous annual monetary donations that assist in our schools to offset their annual budgets, school programs, as well as provide for scholarships.
