Pearl City added four more championship layers to their boys and girls bowling program dynasty after capturing both the 2015 Oahu Interscholastic Association Team Bowling and Individual Championships on Thursday at K-Bay Lanes, Marine Corps Community Services.
It was the sixth OIA team championship in a row for the boys and the fifth OIA team championship in a row for the girl’s team.
In the individual championship competition, Kristopher Yadao brought home the OIA championship for the boys with a five game total of 1,209 pins and an average of 201.5.
Kristin Frost rolled a five game total of 1,045 for an average of 174.17 to take home the girls individual OIA championship title.

The Chargers will head off to compete in the Billy Tees State Championships held on Kauai from Thursday, October 29 – Friday, October 30. The Charger Boys are the 5X defending state champions while the Lady Chargers enter the state championships as the 4X defending state champions.
