McKinley roars past Pearl City 46-24 to win third place in OIA DII tourney

McKinley captured third place in the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division II girls’ basketball championship tournament last night after running past Pearl City 46-24 on the road at Pearl City High School.

McKinley's win earned the Lady Tigers a berth in the HHSAA Division II Girls Basketball Championship Tournament to be held on February 10-13. Kaimuki defeated Castle 45-43 last night at McKinley High School to win the 2014-2015 OIA DII Championship Crown.

Suzie Park 9 and  Kayla Rasavanh 8 led McKinley in scoring.

Jurey Jao 9 and Kayelah Arakaki 8 were top scorers for Pearl City.
