Registration for the 2014 Pearl City Chargers Pop Warner Football season begins on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at the Pearl City District Park, Pearl City Rec Center, Meeting Room above the pool from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Ages: 5 – 13 years old
Dates: 4/27 (Sunday), 5/04 (Sunday), and 5/18 (Sunday)
Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Location: Pearl City District Park – Recreation Center, Meeting Room above the pool
Registration Fee: $350.00 ($175.00 due at time of registration) – multiple siblings discount offered
Documents required: Original & 2 copies of Certified Birth Certificate and Medical Card. Original birth certificate will be returned after Oahu Pop Warner verifies the original with the copies.
Parent/Legal Guardian and player must be present to register.
