The Pearl City Chargers Pop Warner Football Program will hold its final registration date for the 2012 football season this Saturday, June 30 at the Pearl City Shopping Center, upstairs by Food Court/Foodland from 10:30am to 1:30pm.

Age Divisions: 5 – 15 years old
Tiny Mites: 5, 6, 7
Mitey Mites: 7, 8, 9
Jr. Pee Wee: 8, 9, 10 (11- older/lighter)
Pee Wee: 9, 10, 11 (12-older/lighter)
Jr. Midget: 10, 11, 12 (13-older/lighter)
Midget: 12, 13, 14 (15-older/lighter)
Registration Fee:
$350.00 ($150.00 due at time of registration) – multiple siblings discount offered.
Documents required: Original & 2 copies of Certified Birth Certificate and Medical Card. Parent/Legal Guardian and player must be present to register.
